However, like any other competition, dancing requires the dancers to be well organized and plan themselves in the right way. The fact is that dancing requires a lot of energy. Even as you practice, it is important to take energy giving food to keep your body strong and energetic. Sleep is of great importance if you are going to win the competition. Remember that your body is likely to be fatigued due to the many months of practice. Remain positive throughout the week and even on the day of competition. Your mind is an important and a powerful tool. It is too powerful to an extent that it can determine if you will lose or win the competition. You should remain positive even when you realize that there is a group that seems to be better than you.

Everyone has some weaknesses and you will also find yourself with some too. However, you cannot afford to focus on them. You may be chocked to note that even if you have a certain weakness, you have more strength than you can imagine. Let your focus be on your strength and not your weaknesses. You can bring out our strengths to completely overshadow your weaknesses.
