Whereas, forums provide a platform for discussion among fans and others whom are interested in a number of topics. There are also blogs and forums on a number of other subjects and topics. Before subscribing to either, it is often good to read a variety of reviews to discover whether the site is something that might be useful, or, more trouble than is worth.

Generally, there is no fee to join a blog or forum, if someone attempts to charge a fee, it should be reported to the blog or forum owner, or owners. Of course, if it is the owners attempting to charge the fee, it is no doubt one may be removed from the site. Although, most often it is others pretending to be a moderator trying to make a quick buck.

Ultimately, it is up to the producer as to what gets published. Whereas, it is up to the director to direct the individuals in a reality show, or actors in other programming.
